Last Wednesday, we gathered at the KIVI headquarters in The Hague for an intensive Mentor Training session.
At KIVI, we believe that ‘Engineer your career, improve our society.’ An essential part of that growth is the dedication of our Chartered and Incorporated Engineers, who commit to lifelong development (CPD) and the coaching the younger candidates. During the session, we:
- Deep-dived into the NL-SPEC assessment process.
- Mastered the GROW model for effective coaching.
- Practised scenarios to better support the next generation of engineers.
It was inspiring to see so many Chartered and Incorporated Engineers dedicated to setting up new mentor groups and fostering new Chartership talent.
